Maybe they don’t realize how they made you feel or how badly they hurt you…

…Maybe their ignorance is the worst part.

Snow Patrol “Run” is so overused we have become immune to the layered emotion of the lyrics. 

I recently got it on Vinyl and suddenly I’m really beginning to appreciate how incredible and inspiring the lyrics are.

Next time you hear the song, seriously, just shut your eyes and allow yourself to really feel every single syllable, it will shatter your emotions.

It’s unnerving how a person can possess such emotional control over you that they can make you happy and excited with something as simple as a smile or a text.

Even more unnerving is how, usually it’s the exact same person who can make you feel insecure, jealous and miserable.

One Tree Hill always leaves me an emotional wreck.
